General conditions of sale of stays at Villa Chamarel
Article 1 / Length of stay The customer after reception of his reservation concluded for a definite duration will under no circumstances be able to claim any right to the maintenance in the places.
Article 2 / Booking formalities
The reservation becomes firm upon receipt of the deposit equivalent of 30% to the entire stay. By the payment of the deposit, you confirm your full agreement with the terms and conditions specified below. Please note that as long as the deposit is not paid, the reservation is not confirmed and as a result we reserve the right to collect the rooms.
Article 3 / Reception Our guest house is suitable for the reception of up to 3 people per room
Article 4 – Reservation validation
The stays are guaranteed only by the reception of a deposit and deductible of the invoice. . The deposit requested is 30% of the total price of the stay, payment made by credit card upon booking. The balance of the total amount will be taken at the end of your stay. Your reservation will only be closed after receipt of the deposit. The payment of a deposit implies the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale of the rooms of hosts.
Article 5 / Cancellation insurance We draw your attention to the fact that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. It is therefore strongly recommended to subscribe one .
Article 6 – Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by letter or e-mail addressed to the owner.
more than 15 days before the start of the stay: € 10.- for administrative costs.
between the 15th included and the 8th day before the beginning of the stay: 100% of the deposit.
between the 7th day included and the date of the beginning of the stay: 100% of the total amount of the stay,
If the client does not appear before 19 hours on the scheduled day of the beginning of the stay, the present contract becomes void and the owner may dispose of his bed and breakfast. The deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of accommodation.
In case of shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation remains fully acquired to the owner.
Article 7 – Cancellation by the owner
When before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform his client by registered letter with Acknowledgment of Reception. The customer will be refunded immediately by bank transfer of the sums already paid.
Article 8 – Arriving time
The client must be present on the day of the reservation from 4 pm until 7 pm. Do not forget to notify if you arrive after 7 pm
Article 9 – Departure time
The rooms will be released before 10.30.
Article 10 – Tourist tax
The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the public treasury.
Article 11 – Capacity
This contract is for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional customers. This refusal can not be considered as a modification or a breach of contract at the initiative of the owner. In case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
Article 12 – Animals Pets are not allowed.
In case of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the refusal to accept the animals and its owners by the owner of the guest rooms can not be likened to a modification or termination of the contract on the initiative of the owner. So that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered.
Article 13 – Art of living, use of the premises
The respect of a certain lifestyle is asked to all guests to ensure the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests. In addition, it is requested not to smoke in the rooms. The customer undertakes to respect the instructions of knowing living contained in the rooms and in these general conditions of sale. Children living in Villa Chamarel are under the sole responsibility of their parents. Special attention is required for access to the pool (recommendation sheet and operation of the alarm in the rooms).
